Having
read Botany, under David Bellamy at the University
of Durham, I love the beauty of nature, especially
the aesthetics of wild flowering plants. Getting in
close with a macro lens takes me into a world of shapes
and colour.
Bird
photography is not a specialty of mine. Every now and
then however I get lucky. Here you will see an image
of a rare Bittern and an image of uncommon Whooper
swans surrounded by Pochard ducks, which has been used
by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) for their
2010 calendar.
See the text on my landscape
page if you are interested in acquiring any of my Nature
images.
